Hi ksue,

Is your site published? Once you publish your site the yellow "Publish My Site" button will change to an "Update My Site" button.

To update your site:
1) Log in to your account and open your site
2) Edit your site as normal
3) When you are done, click "update my site" and all your latest changes will be immediately added to your live site

Updating your site frequently helps your search engine rankings, so we have tried to make this as easy for you as possible.

Please let me know if this does not answer your question.

I created a Yola website yesterday, listed some items for sale, published it, added more, updated and published it again. Today, I can log on and see my items, but there is no Yellow "Update my site", no "edit," not ANY way to edit or delete something.

Hi, they updated the site builder a couple of months ago and it is now a blue "Publish to the web" and it tells you if it is published, has unpublished changes or published with the red, yellow, and green.

Oh, I found it! You have to click on "Site Published to: xxxxx." I was clicking on my URL below that ("All site domains"), "Open," and everything else!

Hi Ann,

Are you signed into your Sitebuilder? Can you reply with your website address so we can take a look at it for you? Also, what browser are you working in?

Thanks for your patience as we work through this together.

Laura, I sent an email message to customer service, you answered, and I replied.

The answers to these questions of yours:

1. No, I cannot access the Sitebuilder/Site Manager
2. Website is www.bargains814-4u.yolasite.com
3. I ordinarily use the most recent version of Mozilla Firefox, but I have tried to resolve the problem using Internet Explorer as well to no avail.

Thanks!
Ann

I created a new website, edited my listings in the Yola Text Editor (instead of MS Word), copied and pasted it into my website, saved the text/photos (as I went), and published it. When I went back in to add more items and make changes, once again, I cannot access Site Manager, make any changes, nor add anything. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Ann
To log in, make sure that you go to Yola.com. Then enter your email address and password. After you have logged on, click on Open to access your Sitebuilder.
You can then make changes and update your website. Please remember to click "Save" to save the changes. To make the changes visible on the internet, click on the green "Publish to the web" button.
Please let us know if you are still having trouble with this and we will assist you further.
Thank you for your patience while we work on resolving your problem.
