How do I get a refund for a payment I have not authorised?

I have tried to email regarding a payment taken from my account that I have not authorised only to be told that I have to contact you on here!

You have done the correct thing by emailing Yola on this issue. You deserve your privacy. There's something very wrong with the communication on this issue.
