How do i get a Subsciption Box>

Okay... When i did it this is what it said: The URL does not appear to reference a valid XML file. We encountered the following problem: Error on line 563: Open quote is expected for attribute "{1}" associated with an element type "width".

So i'm not sure how to fix that.
