How do I get my money back for a service I am no longer happy with?

Hello,

I was away for the summer and did not have time to check my pages...
I am now home. Logged on, and well, very unhappy with the changes.

I have been using yola for a year for all my website needs because of
the ease at which I could build my sites. Now things are not easy.

One such problem is editing pictures and banners. Before it was a
one stop shop for editing with picnik. Now Picnik is nowhere to be found
and I have yet to find the liink that shows me how to edit because I am

absolutely overwhelmed and feel bombarded on my home page by all the pop
ups and information windows. Though I have purchased your site for over a year
now, my sites no longer take precedence on my own home page. Instead my home
page is filled with your advertising...

I am deeply dissatisfied with the new changes.

What are my options in refunding my money?

Yola's Terms of Service state that there is a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid services, however this does not apply to domain name registration, other domain name services, Yola Premier, Fotolia Image credits and for already redeemed credits.

If you are willing to work with us, we would like to work with you to find a resolution for the trouble that you have been experiencing. We will gladly issue you with a refund for Yola Silver if we are not able to resolve this matter to your full satisfaction.

We have made some recent changes to the Sitebuilder and the My Yola dashboard, however we do not advertise on our site as policy. Would you be able to provide us with more details on the advertising that you are receiving?

If you would like to edit your pictures with Picnik, please follow these steps:

1. On the picture that you wish to edit, click on "Edit" on the top-left corner of your Picture Widget. A dialog box will open up. Click on the "Edit With Picnik" button and you will go through to the photo editing site, Picnik.com.

OR

Click on the "File Manager" button. Click on the picture you wish to edit and then on the "Edit Picture" button at the top. This will also take you through to the photo editing site.

* Picnik may take a while to load but it's worth the wait!

2. Once Picnik is open, use their picture editing tools to adjust your image. You can choose to crop, color, resize, etc.

3. When you've finished editing your picture in Picnik, click on "OK".

4. Then click on the "Save to Yola" button and this will replace your original image in your File Manager.

Please note: If you have edited your picture through the Picture Widget, the picture on your page will also be updated with the new changes. However, if you have gone through the File Manager, you will need to re-add your newly edited picture to your page.
