Can Yola tell us why the site builder is not working and how long this will take? Is there a location on their site that tells us when work is being done? Christmas Eve might seem like a quiet night for them but for me it means I have extra time to work on my site!

Where are you? The USA is big...
I am in Pennsylvania and the dashboard site told me that there were problems, but it was not my fault, but Yola's. So if that is because end-of-year work is done, wouldn't it be nice if we could see when it was scheduled... or get an email or something like that. I don't pay my fees for not being able to edit my site, after all...

I'm not seeing any problems at this time Nicky. I haven't seen any notices of issues
I have seen that kind of message before but it wasn't at a downtime but rather a hiccup.

Sorry you were experiencing a little glitch on Christmas Eve, we're really glad to see it was resolved quickly. Our staff has taken a well deserved break with limited support until January 2nd and are really excited to come back in full swing in the New Year! Certainly give us a shout if you run into any further issues with the sitebuilder.

Also, if we are planning a release that will cause any downtime on our user's end, we do our best to make an announcement on our website and in our social media environments (this blog, our Facebook page, etc.!)
