I am trying to upload a ppt slide to my page, but don't know how? When I use the file widget, it only makes it a link to click on to open the file, and the picture widget doesn't work either. I want the image to be already opened and on my page. Thanks!
When you put a file on your page it won't open on the page, your site visitor will have to click on it and open it on their computer in whatever program the file needs to be opened in. So to open a PowerPoint file, the person would need to have this program on their computer. I know this is not what you are wanting, but this is the way that files can be put on a page. Please let me know if you have further questions about this.
Alternatively, you can take a screenshot of the ppt slide and upload it to the website page as an image. For best quality you can maximize the slide to fit the entire screen before taking the screenshot.
