I would like to make a mouseover button that is also linked. I have used a few generators and they don't seem to work on yola.

Hi Perko

I'm sure that we can help you with this.

People have used http://www.htmlbasix.com/mouseoverima... and www.cooltext.com with success. I personally use the cooltext one. May I ask that you post your url where you want your mouseover so that I can see what you're trying to do?

Hi Perko

Littleus has given you a great tip. Either htmlbasix or cooltext work very well. Use one of these generators and then paste the code into the HTML widget in Yola.

Get back to us if you need any further help.

None of them work. They don't change.

Hey Perko

Did you use the htmlbasix generator? If so, there are two parts you have to do. Once you've generated the code, you first need to copy just the script code part (which is step 1) into an html widget and place into the highest point in your site builder. Then, drag another html widget over & place under the 1st html widget. Paste in the "body" part (step two) and then save. You won't be able to see it work until you hit the preview or update your site to see it on the published site.

Hmm... this suggests to me that you may not have copied the code correctly then.

Is this what you wanted your mouseover to do:
