How Do I Add a New page and make sure It shows on the menu. I added a new page, but when I go on my website and look on the menu, its not there! I'm not sure what to do. Does each layout have its own limit to the amount of pages it will display on the menu?

Hi tw,

When you add a new page there is the option to include or not include it in the menu. It should, by default include your page in the menu, but double check that.

If you have lots of pages in your menu, it's probably better to have a style with a vertical rather than horizontal menu as sometimes a horizonal menu moves into the banner and can look unprofessional.

You can check if you page is in the menu by clicking on the "Edit Menu" button in the tool bar at the top of you page.

I would echo Ruth's answer.

I have not encountered a limit to the number of pages in any style. When you're using a style with a horizontal navigation bar at the top, and you keep adding pages, the navigation bar wraps to the next line. This doesn't look too good, since you then have two rows of menus.

If you keep the names of your pages short, then you can fit more pages across a horizontal navigation bar.

After looking just now, I do not see anywhere that you can set the default to be "do not show a new page in the menu". I tried moving all pages out of the menu, but still, every new page I created went automatically into the menu.

I'd suggest clicking on "Edit Menu" and moving your pages from the right column to the left column, which should make them show up in the menu.

Hi tw

Can you tell us what style you are using? I am aware that there is a limitation with the Hyperglass style. After a certain number of page (around 3 or 4) menu links no longer display. This is actually a bug, and we will certainly try to get this fixed as soon as possible!

You can see the name of the style from the style selector dialog. Hyperglass has a blue banner and a white background.
