Hello Bill,

Can you please try clearing the cache in your browser to see if this helps? If not, can you also try using a different browser?

Please let us know how this goes!

It did not work. I now get a message that states---"Following files will be overwritten" "Would you like to continue" I answered yes and I get a screen that appears to be the upload screen but the bar does not move so I guess it is not uploading.

Thanks
Bill

Hi Bill,
I'm sorry you're still having trouble with this, sounds very frustrating. Can you try a few more things for us and see if they help the problem:

1. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer). We would suggest using the Firefox browser as this browser seems to work best in the Yola environment. It is a free download if you would like to give it a try: Download Firefox.

2. Please check to see that you have the latest version of Flash installed, for more information please click here: Version Test for Adobe Flash Player.

3. Try uploading files into your File Manager from another computer to see if the problem is localized to your computer.

Please let us know how this goes for you.

Kind Regards,
Emmy
