If you need support from Yola please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
What's the difference between a domain and a site? I apparently have 5 "sites" available with my bronze membership. What does this enable me to do? I'm currently publishing 1 website and would like to publish another for a different organization. PLMK. Sandy
You are allowed to create up to 5 sites. When you go to publish your site, then it will be published to a domain (a web address) that you've created. You can either purchase a custom domain (e.g. .com, .net. .org) or you can publish to Yola's free subdomain (e.g. yoursite.yolasite.com).
As you are a Bronze holder, this means that you have already purchased one custom domain which you can use with your one of your sites. If you would like to publish another site, then you can purchase another custom domain or use one of our free subdomains.
I hope that helps to clear up the confusion. Please let me know if further clarification is needed.
