Hi Brittany,

You can do this by adding text links to your page. Here's how to add them:

1. Drag and drop a text widget onto your page.
2. In the text widget type the words that you want people to click on (this is your link text).
3. Highlight the link text and then click on the link button (it's the 10th button from the left in the text editing tool bar, and looks like the link in a chain).
4. A link editor dialogue box will open up and you will be given 4 options. You can link to an email address, an external URL, a page on your own site or a file in your file manager.
5. Click on and edit the option appropriate for you.

You will then have a link on your page. To check that your link is working preview your page and then click on the link.

This is a brief explanation of how to add links, we have written a tutorial that shows the process in more detail. Here is the link: Creating Links.

c o o l text.com will let you create buttons for links and you will have to make them into a hyperlink yourself... Or you can add simple text links to your site like say a PICTURES link that you will have to hyperlink yourself...

Let me know if you don't know how to hyperlink things..

Hi Brittany.

If you want to add clickable links, then what you have to do is this:

If you want to make a text into a link, then highlight your text. Then, on your toolbar in your text editor, you will see a chain link. Click on this.

Once you've clicked on that, then a box will pop up, asking you what you want to link to. Put in your link's url.

That should make your text linkable!

Now.. if you want to make your image linkable, it's almost the same process. If you inserted your image using the text widget, then select your image that you want to make a link, and follow the same process as above.

If you inserted your image using the image widget, then select your image, then on the right-hand side, you'll see "properties". Scroll down until you see "image link". There you will type your link url.

I hope this makes sense to you. Please don't hesitate to ask for further clarification if needed.
