How do you call yola for customer support?! Very complicated question that I need to speak with someone and the contact form does not work either....

Very frustrated...can't submit on the contact form...says error submitting five times now! Also when I call the 415 phone number it automatically hangs up on me.

Hi, I no longer have my business Salon True Organics and I did a new website with a different name both through Yola...I want to make sure the other is cancelled and not charged. I am confused on what I should do for ICANN too. Also, I have tried calling Yola and it hangs up on me automatically?? This contact support form also rejects me constantly and I need to speak with someone.

I'm really sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. What you are seeing with the "Form post failed" is a bug we are currently working on fixing, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We will let you know as soon as we have this completed.

I am tired of the constant stream of emails without a resolution. Our site GBE LLLC will not publish. The email form provided on your site does not link to the domain? We have been down for months without a resolution from Yola, yet receive constant "billing" invoices. What is going on with you people? Is this some fly-by-night operation? What type of IT education are you working with? How could customer service be this poor? Now let's talk money...

If so, it is published to the web. It was missing DNS records that I added for you. If this is not the domain you are referring to, like Andre mentioned in his message to you earlier today, we need you to share this information with us before we can investigate further.
