hi - i created a site for my resume. i named it my name with more text initially. i published the site and saw that the tab on the index page--the title in the tab above--is not named what i want. so, i changed the name of the site to be just my name, without the extra text. it shows it changed on my site manager, but when i connect to the site, it still has the extra text that i removed. the other two pages on the site does have only my name in the browser tab (like i want it), but the index (home) page still has this text.

how do i change this? there must be some way.

i hope this makes sense.

thanks!

Hi Holly

Yes, that makes sense. If you go into the site builder to edit your site, you will see two tabs in the column on the right side of your screen, one that says "Content" and one that says "Properties."

If you click the "Properties" tab, you will see a field towards the bottom that is labeled "Window title." The text you put in there will be the text you see in the browser tab. Try that and let us know if it doesn't solve the issue!
