Hi pixelshaw

There is a way to point a link on your menu to an external site. You will need to add a bit of script to the page for it to redirect. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Add a new page. Click "Add page", select a "Blank page" and give the page a name.

  2. Drag and drop a HTML Widget from the Widget Sidebar - you'll find it under "Basics".

  3. The HTML Editor will open up. Paste this code into the editor:
    <script type='text/javascript'>

    if(window.location.host.indexOf('.yola.com') == -1){
    window.location = 'http://www.google.com';
    }

    </script>

  4. Change http://www.google.com with the URL of the site you would like to point to.

  5. Click "OK" on the HTML Editor.

  6. Remember to save the page.

To test whether the link works before you publish it, click on "Preview" and click the menu link of the page you just created.

Hope this helps! If you have questions or need help, please let us know.

Thank you
Nazlie

I tried this method and it didn't work. Can you suggest another method?

Hi Derek,
I did just test adding this redirect to my site and it worked just fine. Would you mind sharing your domain with us? Please let us know which page you have added this redirect to and we will be happy to check it out with you!
