Hi,
I would like to ask a question. Can you make your website have two domains? For example, My website is www.quadsbegone.yolasite.com. Is there anyway I could have a second domain besides that? I know that most people don't remember my website name and type in something else, and I think more domains connected to my original domain would help. Please get back to me,
-Maddie

Hello Madisonskye,

You can have two domains associated with your website. You set one as the primary or so-called canonical site and the other as your secondary site. Whichever URL people go to they will see the same website.

The best way to do that is to purchase a domain and a hosting plan. Yola has these services available . It's very easy to set it up and may take five minutes.

The answer is no. :(

Not with Yola because without a hosting plan you can't set the canonical site. It's an interesting question from another perspective also because I have never investigated the possibility of publishing to two Yola subdomains (mirroring).

Even if you could this wouldn't allow you to set your main site and if you publish to two discrete (sub) domains then you can really get penalised in the SEO stakes for duplicate content.
