Hello, I just launched my new website (as the web is soon to go 3d... so will my website). My questions is (and I am sure it sounds silly to some)... how does a NeoCounter work? It is showing 2 cities, one with 33 seconds, and another with 12 hours. It seems hard to believe that this is showing who has visited my website as who would stay on there for 12 hours (unless they left for the day...?) Thanks.

hello 3dgeek,

NeoCounter shows the time since your visitors logins and not necessarily the visitors on-line. It's a great little widget. There are other Neoworx widgets that do show who is online and those who were recently online.

If you want to see the online numbers and an analysis of what they did, where they came from etc, there are a number of analytics type facilities available. Different people in this community have their personal preferences. Google Analytics is great but it isn't live whereas "" is a dynamic facility that gives you both the history and the visitors on-line. These analytics facilities generally require a login to review the data rather than a visible widget on your page. They provide huge sets of analyses designed for online marketing and sales.
