How does Paypal get their name in green to the right in the address bar--when you mouse over it, a validation certificate comes up. See the screen shot:

Is there anyway us small folks can get text in this spot?

That is a great question. May I ask which browser you are using? Some codes differ depending on the browser.

-- Just checked the site out. Looks like they have a secure connection (https). Still not sure how to make one but basicly its a certificate to verify that your login details will be safely secured.

I'm using Safari 4. It seems like it should be possible to get just text in that spot but maybe it does have something to do with https. Anybody else with more info?

Hi Diane,

I can confirm Dill S is correct, it is the corporate name on the SSL certificate which you only get if your site is signed up with a security site.

I haven't checked most domain registrars for pricing, but you can buy a security certificate for your site. Unfortunately it requires having a secure server (which shows has https) and that is not available with Yola ;)

secure sites (https) are SUPPOSE to be secure from outside persons hacking websites and getting login details... but with computer geniuses nowadays, anything's possible!
