I am still waiting for yola to credit the money back to my credit card? I recently updated my site to it's own domain and was charged 79.80 however, I was not happy with the change. I emailed customer service and the guy, Jeremy, said they do not normally do this, but he will go head and credit it back to my card. It has been 3 days. Now I email email@example.com but I am not getting any responses back. Please help me as I need the money back on my card ASAP. I have a reference number if needed.
