Hello calvin,

There are a few ways to accomplish this.

You can feed the music from within your file manager to a specific page or you can feed it from a remote location.

You can "skin" the music with a pre-made flash widget or you can play it simply with a static icon. There are dozens of widgets to select from.

If you already have the music you simply upload it to your File manager. You then can either select a "skin" or music widget from a number of resources including the various widget suppliers featured in the Content Sidebar and selecting for example, either Google gadgets or Widgetbox widgets. You can then search for a music widget, select it and fill in the required details. There are generally a few configuration aspects to fill in such as the source and name of the music file, whether you wish for the music to start auromatically, loop or play once etc.

Once you have done this then you may need to copy the generated code and place it back into the widget place holder. Select OK , Save and update your site. The music should then play when you select your page and the operating conditions you nominated in the setup.

The other option is to drag a File Widget onto your page. This looks like a floppy disk icon. Then simply link the music file to this icon. What will happen here is that a default icon setup on your PC will be apparent. The link name will be beside the icon.

To use a music file from another source you would have to select a widget as previously described. Configure the file name and the source. the rest is the same.

If you are thinking more of a playlist menu that you can either fill with a number of tracks or that you could select certain tracks from a menu then your option here is:

1. Login on and click on 'post my playlist' at the top of the page
2. Click on the last option 'get the playlist code for any website'
3. Choose the playlist you would like to use
4. Customise the settings for your playlist
5. Click on 'get code'
6. Copy the code provided
7. Go back to your SynthaSite, drag-and-drop an HTML widget from the sidebar on the right onto your page (the icon for this is a blue sphere)
8. An HTML editor will open up that will allow you to write or paste your code (use right-click > paste or ctrl-V to paste)
9. When you are done, click "ok" and you will see the playlist display on your page

I hope that this helps you choose. Any other information that you may need, please ask.

Good luck.
