how to change order api on online store

hi, i need help with the following.
i am using online store to sell egoods
i have a third party tracking company that does all my direct email marketing that needs access to the data of the sales
a email sent to people, they click to buy which is directed to the store from there we need to see who purchased and who did not so we can send relevant follow-up emails. i need to have this integrate with the api that paypal already does, but it must have the name and email address listed. in the ION these are not listed, and these are very important to me, actually that is all i need.
please help

Ecwid, our store partner, supports 5 different APIs that can be used to extend Ecwid, create modules and extensions for it, and integrate it with different apps. All developers are welcome to create custom services and modules for Ecwid users with these APIs.

With the Order API, authorized apps and services can get or modify information about orders in your store, so your marketing service should be able to use it. This API can be used for integrations with accounting applications (such as Quickbooks), CRM systems and affiliate systems, syncing orders with your other stores, and creating custom reports, invoices and shipping labels, etc.
