I have created two columns layout for all pages. I am using left side column as index to remaining pages. If I suppose to add new page to this index in all pages at once. i.e If I edit it in one place, It should reflect in all pages.

You may be able to do this if you are using Yola Silver subscription. This could be done if your menu was created using CSS. Otherwise I don't think that this is possible. You would need to alter each page separately.

If there was no other content on your pages then you could use the Save As feature and create a pseudo template. Then copy the template onto each active page, rename it and then add your variable content.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I am using Yola silver. I would like to change the content in the page, not the styles.

You can see the sample page in above screen shot. I would like to add a link to new page under C Language that should reflect under all the pages.

You would need to be able to do this with CSS to reflect on all pages. I don't know how you have set this sub-menu (presuming it's a sub-menu?) up so I can't see or advise you specifically.

How many pages are in your site Ravikumar? I guess the follow on question then is how many pages do you project will be in your finalised site ? (approximately)

I can't predict total no of pages because I will add new pages depends on new topics in software languages. It could be in hundreds.

Could you please confirm whether we can include HTML code from external resources. So that I could save HTML code for left side - index in resources and will give the path in every page.

Sample HTML code:

You can certainly add HTML to your pages at anytime but unless you are also styling this with CSS it won't automatically reflect on all your pages if it's a sub-menu.

Have you published your site? If so can you let us know and we can have a look at the way this has been set up?

Hello ravikumar,

Here is a link to a solution I hope. A downloadable facility called Opencube which can produce a menu with a single File using js. See the second entry in this link: http://www.highdots.com/forums/macrom...

I hope that it's a solution for you.

Hi Gop,

Thanks a lot for your suggestion !!

I got the solution to update the index in all pages at once. I kept HTML code for index in JS file and given this path in each page. So whenever I update in this JS file, that will reflect in all pages.

Opencube could help us to create variety of sub menus. Thank you for sharing this information.
