Hello,
I'm just stopping by on the forums hoping to get an answer about one question I had.
Well, I've always been on CSS and HTML, PHP and all that but never on things like XML. I was wondering if anyone could hint to me on to create a .XML file, and then how to add it to a component on the Yola site, if that is possible.
Any answer would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Mike,
I Googled for some information on creating an XML file and thought it was probably easier to give you the search results on this link.
What would you like to use it for on Yola? I think we'll need that info in order to help you further.

I don't think that this is Yola-related...
XML is Extensible so you could use your own namespaces there.(remember that I said XML. Not RSS, KML or ATOM)
You have to add a line to define XML version. Then simply add data as you need.

No it's not but this is the only forum I've found so far that actually helps, and once again this statement is proved right! Thanks Marije

Createing a sitemap in both html and .xml formats is very easy. Just go to www.xml-sitemaps.com and it will create sitemaps for you.
My problem though is how to submit this to Google or Bing since each wants me to add a meta tag and I have no way I can see to do that.

Hello Terry,
With Yola, your sitemap is automatically generated for you. To learn how to submit this to Google, please see: Tutorial: Google Webmaster.
You can submit your site to Bing here: http://www.bing.com/docs/submit.aspx
