Hello victoriashabunin

You actually cannot buy a site, what you buy is a domain name to which you publish your site. You can also publish your site to multiple domain names which means that visitors who enter any of your domain names (= internet addresses) into their browsers will see the same website.

I have checked your account and can confirm that you bought both the domain name and from us. Having two domains to which you publish your website can be beneficial: First, no one else can take away your organization name by buying the same domain just with a different extension, such as .com, .ca, .net, etc. It is also an advantage for your search engine ranking which can make you get found more easily by people who search for your organization or organizations like yours on the web. You can try it for one year, and if you don't want to continue with your domain name, you can just let it expire, and you will no longer be billed for it.

If you still don't want your domain name, please let us know as soon as possible for us to check if a refund is still possible.
