If you bought your domain from Yola it will auto redirect to the domain - I think.

Or if not you could just publish the site to both the sub domain and the domain name. That way you would'nt lose any traffic.

Hi nalinda

Lee is correct. When you buy a domain from Yola we do an automatic redirect from you subdomain, provided you don't unpublish your site from your subdomain.

This link: http://nstech.synthasite.com/ does not direct to a published site. Can you check for me that it is correct, and let me know whether you unpublished your subdomain at any time?

Hello Nayomi,
Unfortunately once you un-publish from the .synthasite.com subdomain it's not possible to get that back. I'm sorry I don't have better news for you on that. Are you wanting to publish to a professional domain now such as mysite.com as opposed to a subdomain? Please let us know and we can give you instructions for how to do this.

You can just republish it... see if its available.
Or click on publishing settings then 'add a subdomain'

It will now be nstech.yolasite.com. I dont know how the redirecting from the synthasite sub domain will work as you unpublished it - Monique might know.
