How to link a picture in yola site!

Hello. I know how to link a picture but I want a new page to pop-up instead of directly going (linking) to the link in the same page.

Hello, you are going to have to use some HTML. But when you here HTML, don't get scared! :D It is just HyperText Markup Language and it is a language for building webpages. Your Yola site is actually built with it, just the site builder does it for you. If you right click on your page and click "View Source", you'll see all of the coding to build your website!

Anyways, first, drag over an HTML widget and paste this in:

<a href="http://URL.com/" target="_blank"><img src="resources/image.jpg">

Just replace URL.com with the actual url (with http:// in front) and then replace image.jpg (keep resources/ in front) with the actual image name in your file manger. Like if it says "hello.jpg" under thew image in the file manager, put that there. You MUST keep the same .jpg or whatever extension it is. If it is .png you have to keep it on there. Also, don't change it. Because this is the image file type.

I hope this helps!

If you have any questions, let me know! :)

Sincerely,
Nathan

Yeah, I do to. I don't have Opera, but I have Safari 5. I'll go see the target="new" thing.
