Hello Jolio,

Thanks for your message. It sounds as though you would like to add aliases to your Yola Mail account, is that correct?

To manage your aliases:

1. Log into your Yola account on Yola.com
2. Go to your Yola Mail page.
3. Click on "Manage aliases"
4. You can then choose to Delete your Alias or to add a new one.

I hope you find this information helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Cheers!

What I really want is each aliases name to have same extension (name@extension.com) and their unique password to access their personal messages. How can I do this?

Hello Jolio,

If you would like to have multiple email addresses using Yola Mail (with their own login and access), you would need to purchase each one individually.

If you create aliases, they would come into the same Inbox.

An alternative would be to use something like Google Apps or Windows Live (http://www.yola.com/tutorials/categor... scroll down to "Setting up Email"). If you choose the Google Apps option, you'll need to send us the TXT Record they require you to add to your domain settings for you as this is a recent change made by Google Apps.
