When you look at your page, there's a Page icon at the top left.
Click this, then click Page Manager from its drop-down list. This shows all of your pages.
Each has two small green arrows at the right. The first one is to tell it you want the page to be on a Sub-menu. Click this.
Now drag the page up or down the list of pages to just below the one it to be on a Sub-menu of.
The other green arrow removes the page from the Main Menu. Click this also.
Now the page is on a Sub-menu, but can't be found until you make a link to it on the main page. To do this,
open the main page (the one the Sub-menu is under) for editing.
Drag the HTML widget from the widget bar onto the page, and it opens a section for some HTML code to be entered.
In this area, type this line, exactly as it is except your page name inside the quotes. Place a < before it and a > after it.
(I can't do this here as the text won't be visible to you):
a href="full name of the sub-page as it shows in the Page Manager">Go Here Next</a
This will create a link to the sub-page on the main page that says Go Here Next.
You can put this same link on any of the other pages as well.
