I received my Yola Silver account along with a package for a course I did and have not used my credits yet. How do I retrieve these.
I also see that with Yola Silver you can upload .html files which you previously mentioned I could not do. I tried uploading one but it doesn't upload.
Please advise. Note that I was on the free account but activated the Yola Silver once I received it through the institution. (www.getsmarter.co.za and University of Cape Town).

We know Gop has been helping you with a number of questions, but as he mentioned, he's a fellow member of this community and not an employee. The benefit of this forum is that there are many participants with differing expertise all available to help each other. Yola staff, such as myself, are also here to help.
Can you tell us more about what credits you are trying to redeem. The process varies based on what you are doing, but in general, your credits are loaded as cookies in your Sitebuilder so when you begin following the steps to redeem AdWord credits for example, the credit will be automatically applied once you've created your ad.
