How to see which social media is connected how and where

I've been dabbling with social media recently and trying to get my business involved and I've made a bit of a rod for my back. I have a Yola blog, Facebook page, Twitter feed etc and they're all connected, plus Wordpress and some other bits and bobs. All of a sudden, I'm getting multiple blog posts on my Facebook and my Twitter feed has the same thing over and over.

Is there some tool I can use to see what is linked with what?

I've tried several times in Facebook to disable apps, same in Twitter and networked blogs and I can't seem to find the guilty party.

Any ideas would be most welcomed.

Hi Will,

We experienced something similar awhile back due to out of date WordPress plugins. They were a bear to locate and remove. It sounds like you are on the right track to pinpointing them.

I am not aware of a tool that shows you all the connections, but if you find one, please post it here, I'm sure it would be helpful to many!

I suggest digging in Wordpress for any out of date plugins. You can also just remove all plugins/apps and then turn them back on one by one until you find the culprit.
