How can I set a $10 flat shipping cost on all orders no matter what size? I have my user-defined method set for a "per order" $10 fee and I have set my items as both free, global, and global fixed and none have worked. Any ideas?

Hi Keenan,

Have you added a weight to every product? This is the most common cause of no shipping charges being added/ The system sees a zero weight as a digital or virtual product like software or e-books or similar where there obviously isn't a shipping charge.

Because yours is a flat fee then you can add any weight you like to your product as it isn't being used in the calculation simply a flag.

Hi Gop,

All of the products have weights listed. I haven't set a store front URL or launched my site yet. Could that has anything to do with it?

Thanks!

Hi Keenan,

There are a few things which can have an effect on shipping appearance, fortunately they don't happen so often but when they do it just requires a systematic approach to work out why.

I don't think the store front has anything to do with it Keenan because I have multiple pages and no store front URL.

Could you take a screen shot of your Zone(s) page(s) and Shipping definitions?

I can have a look at them and see if something jumps out.

Also check your taxes page as well if you have made any change to this page at all..

Finally are you using PayPal or Express PayPal or Google Checkout?
