I don't remember any of my login details. I purchased a domain name here a year ago and was charged the other day with renewal. I don't want a renewal and I want to stop my subscription. Can someone help me?
When you purchased your domain name at Yola, you agreed to auto-renewal on the checkout page.
If you forgot the e-mail address associated with your Yola account, can you please post your domain name for me? This will help me locate your Yola account and send you an e-mail with the instructions on how to cancel your domain with us.
You will also need to re-gain access to your Yola account by resetting your password. I'll send you the instructions to the e-mail associated with your Yola account once I have found your Yola account in our system.
