Good day, I've purchased my domain name sunriseorganics.ca from Yola, but since I haven't renewed my account I cannot transfer the domain name. Could you please tell me how I can unlock the domain and get the authorization code? My email is email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
You can only unlock your domain from an active Yola account and assuming your domain is still registered. If it's expired you must wait for it to become available again and register it with the registrar of your choice. If it is still actively registered we can reinstate your Yola account in order to unlock your domain and then cancel it again but this must be done via direct support.
