How to turn off and remove the "instant help" in the sitebuilder?

I would like to remove this display.

Hi Gop

Live chat is a feature that we are testing at the moment in an effort to better support our customers. Although you can minimize it you can't remove it completely, or we would have to remove it for all users. We do hope to get the ability to minimize it even further in future but we need to wait for our chat provider to release this feature. I hope you can bear with us while we try to strike the balance between getting people the help they need and not making it intrusive to those who don't want it.

Thankyou. I didn't even realise it was a chat , thought it was an instant answer only. Good to know.

Yes, we just released this recently. It gives instant answers from our knowledge base, but if you don't get the answer you need you can send an email or start a live chat with a support person. The "chat" option is only there if there are staff logged in to take chats, so it is not available 24/7 at the moment, although we are trying to provide as much coverage as possible. So far it is working great as our analytics show that a lot more people are finding solutions while working in the sitebuilder. Occasionally they do need to follow up further via email or chat and we are enjoying the ability to get them accurate support in real time :)
