All the Techie and Geeky people here,
Hello From Me

And can anybody help me understanding in this http://moreco.de/slide-note/
I want to use a pop-up notification on my site, that it is still under construction and more stuff is being currently added..

Or if there is any other feasible method, i would be happy to know. Thanks :)

Hi Green Girl,

The site has been written with the presumption you have a basic knowledge of javascript and jquery. (typical js guy)

There is a better explanation of how to use it here http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicin...

I would recommend linking to a newer jquery library than what is suggested in the article - use this instead
<!-- <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs...> -->

Hope that helps.

No Luck :(
I pasted the exactly same code from the site, to two HTML boxes.. It didn't work.

Then I changed the Jquery library, with your link, it still didn't work :(

Here is my test page, http://www.orgavica.com/test.php
Nothing changed! :'(

Sorry or bothering you so much,
but i hope you can find out a way :)
Thanks

You have this link which is not reachable <!--
<script src="stickynote.js">
-->

Have you uploaded that file to your file manager?
It will be reachable at something like "resources/stickynote.js"

I also like to tell the browser what type of file it is, so, <!--
<script src="resources/stickynote.js" type="text/javascript">
-->

Apologies for butting in but as you have a Yola free account you won't be able to upload your .js file, this function is for silver accounts. I host mine here and have never had any problems.
