This is the code for your button, Shannon.
<a href="" rel="nofollow"><img src="" height="41" alt="Featured Products" width="152" /></a>

The problem is your link (a href=) goes to You need to replace their website URL after the a href= with your Featured Products page url.

Also, remove rel="nofollow" part in the code because the destination is a your one.

When adding your URL, you don't have to type your domain. Just start with /.

Let's say you need this button to go to your contact.php page, the code would be,(remove parts

<a href="/contact.php"><img src="/resources/navigationbutton.png" alt="contact us" height="45" width="145" border="0"></a>

Hi Shannon.

I know why it's not working. You have to upload those images to your file manager. Did they give you 2 images, one regular one and then one "mouse over" one? If so you need to put resources/ in front of the src's like this:

<img src="resources/cooltext494742480.png" onmouseover="this.src='resources/cooltext494742480MouseOver.png';" onmouseout="this.src='resources/cooltext494742480.png';" />

And then you need to upload the 2 images they gave you to your file manager. (There are 2 images there, ever though there are 3 image URLs one of them is the same as the other)

I hope this helps.

Hi Shannon

I created a CoolText button to see the code that is generated and I see where your problem is.

My button code looks like this:

<!-- a href="">&lt;img src="" width="440" height="109" alt="Test Button" /></a> -->

I opted to link to the button image rather than to copy the button image to my site and manually link it.

When I want to link to a page on my site, I need to change the code. Here's what you need to change:

<!-- <a href="page-3.php"><img src="" width="440" height="109" alt="Test Button" /></a> -->

If you need to link to an external site, please use the full url, for example if you want to link to yola, then you would add (the full url).

I hope this works for you! If not, please let us know and we'll help you out.
