Hi Gareth7749,

The best solution I have to offer, is to suggest that you use one of our form widgets. You will find them in the "Forms" folder, in the sidebar at the right of your screen.

We offer forms through Wufoo and Form Assembley. These two services offer both free and paid accounts so you can choose the option that is right for you.

When you drop a form widget on your page, a dialogue box will open up. Click on the link in the bottom right hand corner and you will be taken to the form service. Sign up for an account and create your form. When you are done click "get code." Copy the code and paste it into the SynthaSite dialogue box.

That's it, you will have your own custom form on your site and your responses will be managed in your Wufoo or Form Assembly account.

Be sure to include links on your site at relevant points that will take your visitors to your contact form page (we have a link editor that allows you to do this).

You can then either reply to them personally or post their comments directly onto your site.

Please let me know if this doesn't provide a solution that you need.

Hey I think i know a site which can sort of do it. I use it for my site. Here I'll tell you how:
Step 1: Make an account at
Step 2: Click New Contact Form Wizard
Step 3: Do everything and when it asks what to put leave it blank (because a "Your E-mail Here" is already put in there.
Step 4: When it says "Do you want to send a confirmation message?" Hit yes and type whatever you want.
(Whenever your people type in their e-mail and hit submit their e-mail will get the message you typed and you will get an e-mail conataining their e-mail address)
Step : Finish And Copy Html code
Step : Go on synthasite and post code on any page and it'll work

Hi Lorna,

No need to add in code, you can use our Form Widget instead! Learn more about it here: Yola Form Widget.

Also, this is a public forum, so you may want to edit your post in order to remove your email address.

Hello Daniel,

The above answer by Laura refers to a provided "Form widget" for the Yola Sitebuilder, within the options available. It's a free addition pre-coded for adding to a Yola website. It's not a code as such.

You can see the process within the tutorial: Adding forms to your site with Yola's Form Widget
