If you need support from Yola please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
What this is referring to is that often you are asked to place the code in the header and body of your site. As you do not have access to those, what you can do is simple add the code using the HTML Widget. Place a header code into 1 HTML Widget and the body code into another.
You can add HTML by dragging and dropping an HTML Widget from the sidebar on the right onto your page (the icon for this is a blue sphere). An HTML editor will open up that will allow you to write or paste in your code. When you are done, click "OK" and you will see the way that the HTML displays on your page
To edit the HTML in a Text Widget, click the last icon on the text editing toolbar (HTML) You can then edit the HTML. When you are finished, click "OK" to return to editing text with the Yola text editor.
I hope this answers your question. Please let me know if it does not.
