The html widget isn`t working at the moment. It can`t be edited in any way and a message about a script error pops up on internet explorer?

Hi DG,

It sounds like you have added some bad code to your website. I suggest deleting the last HTML widget you were editing before the problem began and let us know if that solves it for you.

Still have the issue i`m afraid. I`ve not really added any new code as such, if i drag and add a new HTML widget the problem exists with the new widget too, the curser doesn`t move around as it should, and enable any editing/pasting and in the top left is a number 1 and a sort of grey rectangle next to it, i`m sure it`s the HTML widget itself that has current issues?

Hello DG, Have you tried it in FireFox instead of Internet Explorer?

Hello DG

I've tested your account in Firefox and Internet Explorer 10, but I don't have any difficulty to drag and drop HTML Widgets and add code in there. For which of your sites is this happening? And on a specific page?

I tried it using google chrome too. Its both of my sites, any page with any HTML code in it, no specific page as such. My son has a site too, and he has the problem as well? We can drop a HTML widget, but they are not scrolling properley, you can`t move the page up, down left and right like you used to be able to using the mouse.

Hi DG,

As we can't replicate in your account, our best guess is you have an out of date flash or java player. Please try the suggestions listed under "What else can I do..." and let us know if that helps.
