Hi yolafan,

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems unlocking some of your password protected pages. These are the usual steps for unlocking password protected pages. Can you read through them and let me know at what point they stop working for you, please?

1. Go to the Site Manager tab, click on "Site Password Protection" underneath the list of your pages.
2. A dialog box will open. Click on the button for the page where you want to remove password protection so that it shows as "Public".
3. Click on "OK".
4. Click on "Preview" to view the change.
5. Click the yellow: "Update my Site" button to apply the change to your live site.

This page will then be available to anyone, and they will not have to enter a user name and password in order to view it.

Hi Yolafan,

I have tested and am able to remove the password protection from my site. Are you remembering to click on the "Update My Site" button after making the changes?

Can you tell me what browser (for example Firefox 3 or Internet Explorer 7) you are using?

Hi Yolafan - could you post your site's URL and let us know which particular page is not becoming un-password protected?
