I was building my website, tried to upload a song and received a prompt to upgrade to bronze. I dutifully upgraded and tried to reupload the song. Even though I added another gigabyte of space, I'm still getting the prompt to upgrade. The song is only about 10 megabytes. I don't get it.
The account associated with the email in this forum does not have any payments associated with it. I also do not see a published website so I can't confirm I'm looking at the correct account. If you have a published website address, please reply with it. If you do not, please submit a request to support here so we can investigate your account further.

I can confirm your payment for 1 month of Yola Bronze was successful and your account has been upgraded. If you are trying to upload a file over 5MB, the upgrade prompt you would see is actually for Yola Silver.
Yola Bronze allows 2 GB storage, 5 sites and 5 MB uploads.
Yola Silver allows 5 GB storage, 25 sites and 100 MB uploads.
