Truly an awesome resource for those who want to include some high quality vector art to put the polish on their websites.

http://www.vectorarts.net/

And so many more...

The image formats vary but in most part they are in PNG and EPS. If you cannot open an EPS file with your current image editor I highly recommend downloading and installing GIMP a FREE open source image editor. You can download it here: http://www.gimp.org/

Then you must also download and install an add on to open the EPS file by going here and installing the Ghostscript plug-in: http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/doc/G...

There is an awesome tutorial here to help you through it: http://www.squidoo.com/epsGIMP#module...

Make sure to verify the creative commons license will allow for your usage. It clearly states in the item/image description what license it has. You can find out more about creative commons licenses here: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/

This website is so full of possibilities on so many levels and will allow you to make a cool background, add some good looking images with transparent backgrounds to overlay on top of your banner or as buttons on your site. So many possibilities...

Happy site building
Ed

Is it possible to add real vector graphics without putting the xml code directly in the html?
