I am trying to delete my extra email accounts on Yola mail. Every Time I try it says it can't do it at this time. I type in delete with all caps and it never does it.

We'll be happy to look into this and assist. For security reasons, will you send an email request to support@yola.com from the Yola account log in email address? Please detail the issue and, if you want your mailboxes renamed, the new mailbox name. Thank you!

I already did that and have heard nothing back. I don't want them renamed, right now just deleted. As far as security the only two emails I want kept are the info@sarahsweddingcreations.com and sarah@sarahsweddingcreations.com the rest need to be deleted.

I don't understand why this issue has never been fixed it looks like it has been a problem for a couple of years now according to the post on the Yola board

I have responded to your email and deleted all mailboxes except info@ and sarah@sarahsweddingcreations.com. I hope this helps.

To comment on this being an issue over a couple of years, if there is a system issue or disconnect between a mailbox and domain (domain expires/is suspended/mailbox expires, DNS is changed, etc), an inability to delete a mailbox can occur. In this instance a system issue caused the problem. We apologize for the frustration this has caused, Sarah. Please let us know if you have further issues in your account or site.
