Happy to help, just need some more information from you. What steps are you following? What happens when you try? If you receive an error message what does it say? What website are you working on? I just can't delete any of my website's components. I hope you can go to my website and try to delete one of its components like the Fuller 3-in-1 Vacuum Cleaner because this was already Out of Sale. This just happened yesterday. I don't receive any error message, I just like to delete a component via the "X" corner of the component box but my site will not allow me to do it. The website that I am working on is http://www.couponsaledeals.com with the homepage "Best Deals". I hope you can help me troubleshoot this problem, thanks in advance.

I do see an error indicating an HTML component on that page which is likely causing your inability to delete widgets. I can try to delete it for you but there is a lot of content on that page so I need you to tell me which HTML code you added most recently and where it is on your page so I can try to remove it for you.

I apologize if my response above was confusing, I know how frustrating this must be for you! I do understand that you want to have the ability to delete any and all of the widgets on your page. What I meant is that when I look at your page I see an error that indicates there is some bad HTML code. As you mentioned that the problem started yesterday, I suspect whatever code you added most recently is causing the error. If you tell me what code that is and where it is on your page, I can try to remove it which should allow your page to function normally again. I hope that makes more sense! :)

It was not about a code that I added, it was something about a pop-up that keeps on coming out every time I log-in my Yola account that I checked in the box. Now it's no longer popping out but the result is that I have no longer the ability to delete any of my components. Thanks for your fast reply.

Thanks Laura, I can now delete the components that I no longer needed and add webpages although I still keep on receiving the pop-ups above which says invalid widget, cannot find component HTML. I just keep on clicking the OK button because if I click the check box in the "Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs," that was the time that I can no longer delete my website's components. My knowledge about HTML is limited so for now, I am glad that I can now edit back my websites.

We are happy to hear you are able to remove widgets from your website again.

In your last reply you mention that you keep seeing the error message that indicates there is some bad HTML code. We suspect that whatever code you added most recently, is causing this error. To have your page function normally again I suggest you remove this code.

Please let us know how this goes and if we can assist you further.
