Hi Yola team,

Imagine my surprise today when I received an email with the alarming headline This is your final notice – your website will expire on 2015-05-12. As I had received no other emails prior to this it came as a shock that I had to renew my subscription so quickly.

I'm not sure what has gone wrong with your renewal system, but I usually receive much more notice than this. I'm just grateful that I wasn't on holiday or my six year old website http://www.simplyeighties.com which provides my income would have been shut down!

Hello Mark

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you checked your Spam folders to see if you had received any e-mails from us before?

In order to avoid situations like this, we implemented automatic renewal of our subscriptions. It helps to prevent unwanted expiry of subscriptions. When you renew your subscription, you'll opt in for auto-renewal again. I'd recommend to leave your subscription with this status to avoid any unwanted expiry in future.

Hi Stefan,

Many thanks for your reply. No, I couldn't find any emails in my spam box. The auto-renewal should fix the problem, at least. Thanks again.
