Me too! I keep getting annoying community forum emails and I don't even have a yola website anymore. I have contacted support and they suggested the following: I have unsubscribed you from the Yola newsletter.  If you continue to get messages from us, just click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message and, on the Communication Preferences page, click the "Unsubscribe from all" option to make sure everything has been removed.
To unsubscribe from the Yola Community Forum, you will want to login to your forum account and click the Profile link under your name on the upper right corner.  On the Email & Notifications tab on your profile, uncheck the notifications then save the changes. Hope this helps you...I'm lost:(

Hi Tracy, 

So sorry for the confusion! It sounds like the problem you are having is related to receiving notifications from our community forum which is actually a third party website called Get Satisfaction. The steps detailed in the last paragraph of the email you shared above are advising you to log in to your profile and manage your notifications in Get Satisfaction. Alternately you can delete that account as well if you prefer.

You can send an email to cancellations@yola.com and follow the steps in the automated reply to cancel your site. I took a look for your account to ensure your auto-renewals were disabled but I was unable to find an account for the email address associated with this forum. If you want to post your website address I'm happy to double check that for you.
