In our system I can see that your domain mindanaorealty.com expired more than a month ago. Did you receive our e-mail reminders to renew your domain? When I open your account on your My Yola dashboard, I also see the blue domain renewal reminder box.

What you renewed yesterday is your Bronze hosting package, but you must also renew your domain because hosting packages and domains are separate from each other.

Now I'm afraid that the grace period to renew your domain after expiry is over, and the only way to get it back is to wait until the domain registrar releases it again for sale, and then re-purchase it. Unfortunately you will now need to wait about 2 months until your domain becomes available again, and then you can buy it again from us.

Please remember to contact us as soon as possible when you get notified that your domain is about to expire if you're not sure how or when to renew it. I'm sorry I haven't got better news for you at this stage, and hope you'll be able to purchase your domain again later.
