Hello,

For some reason, I am unable to publish my changes today. I tried logging in and out, my cookies are enabled, and the problem persisted even when I attempted to publish on another computer at a different IP address. I only see a page that says "Loading..." but nothing happens. Is this a system-wide problem or just particular to my sites. This is the first time this has ever happened. Help!

Cheers,
Kenny

Hello Kenny

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some difficulties with publishing your site. Can you please try clearing the cache in your browser and see if that helps? Here's info on how to do this: Clear the Cache

Please let me know how this goes.

I not only have the same problem for the first time today, but my edit site is cluttered with coupon offers (one on top of another so even the text is illegible) but in addition NOW I get two pages at the same time on the screen, something that never happened before. Any change to the second site -other than the index to which no changes were made - cannot be published

Something else, while you may or may not fix the reproted problem:
How about you build a short time delay into the page loading routine so that I am actually able to select the page I want to access rather than every time first to go through loading the Index page and then reloading the actually neededpage

i did a screen shot of your coupon ad that causes the loading and publishing problems (it now takes forever to load the site and no option to select the needed page is available, I now have to load Index first, then from there the needed page and then the needed page is attached to the bottom of the index page (highly confusing and obviously interfering with the publishing process - fire the guy who started this crap and hire a skilled coder !

Here is the link to the screen shot:

What I am saying is that the screen freezes up once your coupon ad is displayed

The site is still "loading" some ten mionutes after the first try !

Hello,

Thank you for providing the screenshot. The coupon box that you are seeing is in result to an add on you have downloaded to your computer. I am not familiar with the one you are using, however, you should be able to go under 'tools' on your browser and remove this add on or disable it while you are working in Yola.

Please give this a try and let us know how it goes for you, thanks.

That would be strange as I avoid downloading any ad in particular on Yola.
These ads only appeared on Yola.

However, the next morning - after I sent the help requests - all ads disappeared and I had no problems with publishing the page.
Thank you
