Hello, I'm sorry that you are struggling with uplaoding files. We have been receiving reports from a handful of people who are reporting that they are unable to upload their pictures. Based on their feedback and going through the troubleshooting list, we have narrowed down the issue to using the Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) browser and the latest version of Adobe Flash. Can you please switch to a different web browser such as Firefox, Chrome or Safari or downgrading to an older version of Flash?
