Hello smithy, 

We took a look at your My Yola page using Internet Explorer and we could see all your sites. Can you please try clearing the cache in your browser and see if this makes any difference? Also, please try using a different browser as well?

i just have tried IE and i saw them, but why can't i see it in google chrome thou??

Yes, we are looking into this, thanks for following up with us. Can you try clearing your cookies and let me know if that solves the problem in chrome as well.

Hi smithy,
We're still investigating. Are you still able to use another browser as opposed to Chrome? I have tested this in your Sitebuilder in Chrome and can see your sites on the My Yola page, so this is quite a temperamental bug. Have you tried this using Chrome from another computer possibly? We'll update you here as soon as we know more, thank you for your patience in the meantime.

I can't edit my site because the list of sites won't load.

Hello Brent,

This is a bug that is affecting a handful of people. Our engineers are currently trying to troubleshoot why this is occurring. It would be helpful if you could please let us know what browser and version you are using.

Can you please try using a different browser to see if that helps in the meantime?

I am happy to report that the bug you were experiencing has been fixed! If you do still see a problem, clearing your browser's cache will most likely take care of this: clear your cache.
