i have tried both Firefox AND IE. and it even saids it is unavailable when posting on facebook.

Hi Pete,

Wondering if your hosting (ie Bronze or Silver)needs renewing? Your Domain is paid up until April.

i received an email stating my bronze is expired but i dont know how to renew that from my yola profile

I would send them an email Pete to support@yola.com. I think there are a couple of bugs with this at the moment.

Gop's answer is correct. If you get errors when you try to renew we need to investigate further. Please email support@yola.com with the exact error message you receive so that we can get to the bottom of this and get your sites back up and running. It could be an issue with your payment method or some other information you are entering into the form and we would like to help you with this.

i updated my domains a month ago, and also updated to silver what else do i need to do

Pete,

You shouldn't need to do anything more. Silver is your hosting package and that is a superior product to Bronze. There's nothing in Bronze that is not included in Silver.

Your domains are fine if they have been updated. If you want to check their validity tell me the domain names and I'll check with a public domain tool.

can you check your Yola account again and see if your account has been updated? maybe just a delay in the processing? if there's still an issue suggest emailing support@yola.com again.

I am having the same problem but my yola sites are free. they have been fault free for years and now both are unavailable and I cannot even log into my yola. I requested a new password which I was sent but it still says incorrect. I typed it in correctly both times and my caps lock was not on but still no access and one of my sites is for a group with over 500 members and they ain't happy. I used yola to create a site for someone else with their email and I can still access that just not

really, so its nothing that i am doing or not doing? i paid 69.00 plus 12 bucks for each site(3) that's roughly 100 bucks a year, This gives me an excuse to redesign my sites, but i hope they are back soon or I am just paying for a site that goes nowhere. I wanted to put my business online but this is not good if the site does not work, i cant even renew one of my sites that expire in April. I am still not sure what I am doing or need to do, or if it is completely on their end.

I don't know what the problem maybe specifically but with your login ID's and password sent to you I would copy and paste rather than transcribe and don't include any additional space before or after the paste.
